Exchange Policy - Baisa
- Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR IF THERE IS A SIZE ISSUE, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, we shall send you a fresh piece.
- Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
- Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOESN'T SUIT YOU & WE ALSO DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for the exchange and also mention the reason of exchange.
- The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also, the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria).
- Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery, you have inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
- The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the www.baisacrafts.com. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
- You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange & inform us within 24 hours of delivery and send us in next 10 days to us. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
- If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.
