At Baisa Crafts, we are committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following guidelines:
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer one complimentary exchange per order. In case of a return, a shipping fee of INR 300 (to & fro) will be applicable.

Return or Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Sale items are not eligible for return. However, if the required size is available, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy

Both Prepaid and COD orders, once dispatched or delivered, are eligible for refunds in the form of a credit note.

Credit notes are issued after the returned item passes our quality check.

Credit notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Refunds back to the original payment source may be issued only under justified circumstances, and will be processed after approval. In such cases, the following deductions will apply:

Shipping charges of INR 300 (to and fro)

2% payment gateway fee

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size replacement with same product or higher value of any product.

If the required size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Return & Exchange Process

Email us at care@baisacrafts.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Once approved, securely pack the item for pickup.

For any additional return or exchange from the same order, we can arrange pickup, but shipping charges will be deducted from the credit note.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Based on the outcome, we will proceed with issuing a credit note, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear video & photos of the product and packaging

Your order number and registered email address
After verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a credit note, as per our policy.
NOTE:-
1. Please note that customized orders are not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
2. Please note that the first exchange is free, and we allow a maximum of three exchanges per order.
3. Color Differences: A slight variation in color may occur due to variations in screen resolution and lighting conditions.
