Cancellation, Return & Exchange

 

Baisacrafts has all its attire handcrafted by rural craftswomen. There is a lot that goes in producing these stunning handmade designer outfits. We encourage you to check and read carefully about your purchase before placing an order. Processing returns for a sustainable business like us becomes a whole lot difficult.

It’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. 

At Baisacrafts we have a return and exchange policy on 7 Days delivering of the product.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours or before dispatched message of the order placed. 

 

Guidelines for Return & Exchange

  • Return should be done within a week of delivery and also have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

 NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NOT RETURN/REFUND ON CUSTOMISED ORDERS!

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. 

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

 

After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

 

To return a product on Baisacrafts, Please follow these steps:

  • To raise a return request please drop us an email on hey@baisacrafts.com and we will process your request. 
  • Kindly share Order ID on the email to avoid confusion.
  • Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing orders.



FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 18008900660

 

 

EXCHANGES:

At Baisacrafts we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

To Exchange a product on Baisacrafts, Please follow these steps:
