Baisacrafts has all its attire handcrafted by rural craftswomen. There is a lot that goes in producing these stunning handmade designer outfits. We encourage you to check and read carefully about your purchase before placing an order. Processing returns for a sustainable business like us becomes a whole lot difficult.
It’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us.
At Baisacrafts we have Easy 48 hours returns and exchange. Please reach us out within 48 hours if you have any reason to exchange or return.
If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Hey@baisacrafts.com.
Guidelines for Return & Exchange
- Return : Easy 2 days returns and exchanges
- Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 48 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
NOTE:- Please note customised orders will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
After receiving the exchange product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
To exchange a product on Baisacrafts, Please follow these steps:
- To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will process your request.
- Kindly share Order ID on the email to avoid confusion.
At Baisacrafts we have a 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to colour Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
- Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 60 days.
- Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
